1- Home Remedy For Nasal Congestion

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 drops of Eucalyptus Oil
  • 5 drops mint oil
  • 3 drops of Camphor Oil

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Place Coconut Oil in a glass that is safe to heat. Heat the oil in the microwave until it melts completely. Add the Oil to the Melted Coconut Oil. Mix the oils with a popsicle stick. Add the drops of Eucalyptus Oil, the drops of mint oil and the drops of Camphor Oil to the mixture. Use an eyedropper for each oil. Stir in the essential oil mixture with the popsicle stick. Pour the oil mixture into a small round bottle or plastic into a storage container. Cover the bowl and allow the oil mixture to harden in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Apply the ointment to your chest and neck before bedtime. Keep the ointment in a cool, dry place for up to six months.
